The Opportunity:

The CRM Manager will take the reins in supporting marketing campaigns for two of their most prestigious brands which are household names in the UK & Ireland, managing broadcast email schedules, and spearheading a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you'll coordinate and deliver impactful campaigns, lead crucial CRM projects, and collaborate closely with Adobe Developers to refine audience targeting. This position provides a unique opportunity to shape the narrative structure of design campaigns, drive CRM initiatives, and contribute to the success of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong CRM experience
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign or similar ESPs
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects with conflicting deadlines
  • Experience in personalization and dynamic targeting (ideal)
