The Company

This brand is going from strength to strength, tapping in to a wellness market that is booming. They grew by 70% YOY and are now a seven figure business in scale up mode.

The opportunity is to come and shape and define what CRM looks like, with ambitions to grow the role in to a CRM team over time.

The Role

  • Set up and optimise automated journeys across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to winback
  • Manage the relationship and ownership of Klaviyo, ensuring that all the key features allowing for personalisation are maximised
  • Responsible for content across different marketing assets, adopting a personable tone of voice
  • Drive customer retention strategies that improve Life Time Value (LTV), and reduce churn

The Person

  • You will have worked within a D2C environment in a CRM role
  • At least 4 years experience, with the ambition to grow something embryonic
  • Proven experience within an environment with fewer resources
