The opportunity is to come and shape and define what CRM looks like, with ambitions to grow the role in to a CRM team over time.
The Role
- Set up and optimise automated journeys across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to winback
- Manage the relationship and ownership of Klaviyo, ensuring that all the key features allowing for personalisation are maximised
- Responsible for content across different marketing assets, adopting a personable tone of voice
- Drive customer retention strategies that improve Life Time Value (LTV), and reduce churn
The Person
- You will have worked within a D2C environment in a CRM role
- At least 4 years experience, with the ambition to grow something embryonic
- Proven experience within an environment with fewer resources
