CRM Manager 

3 month contract 

Wellness start up 

London- remote or hybrid 

Up to £420 per day (inside IR35) 

• Own and manage all CRM communications through the Klaviyo platform. Reporting on performance and optimising opportunities for growth.
• Drive customer retention and business KPIs including LTV, frequency, conversion rate and AOV.
• Develop, devise and write copy for all emails, relating back to the content calendar.
• Audit current CRM and make improvements where necessary
