Our client is a global leader in the retail sector, operating some of the most recognized health and beauty brands worldwide. They are expanding their digital team and looking for a passionate Customer Digital Analytics Specialist to drive growth and innovation through data-driven insights.

 

 

🎯 Role Overview:

The Customer Digital Analytics Specialist will play a pivotal role in the Digital Analytics team, supporting the production of actionable insights that will influence key business decisions. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with technical specialists, develop comprehensive reports on customer journeys, and recommend strategies that enhance digital performance. The successful candidate will also contribute to the execution of the broader digital data strategy, ensuring our client stays ahead in a competitive market.

 

 

🛠️ Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4
  • Experience with SQL and ideally Google Big Query.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Experience with A/B test reporting and customer behaviour analytics tools (e.g., Contentsquare, Hotjar).
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
