We are working with a fantastic British Men & Womenswear Fashion Brand who are looking to recruit a motivated, adaptable and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to join the team. As an essential part of the marketing team, the main focus of the role is growing and optimising the digital marketing channels across PPC, Paid Social & Email marketing channels as well as day-to-day tasks associated with running the website. The role will be based from the Notting Hill office working closely within a creatively driven, small knit team. This is an excellent role for someone looking to establish themselves within the e-commerce/digital marketing landscape within the fashion industry. You'll report into and learn from the fantastic Head of Ecommerce.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing digital e-commerce acquisition channels (Email marketing, Paid Ads).
  • Supporting in planning and implementation of all email marketing and paid channels, working alongside internal teams and agencies
  • Reporting on campaign performance, insight and channel level activity and managing digital and website performance
  • Reporting on overall web channel performance weekly trade deck
  • Using a range of analytics tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Day-to-day assistance with e-commerce operation including Implementing advanced Shopify flows for tasks automation.

Key Skills:

  • 2-4 years of digital experience within a fashion/luxury brand or ecommerce/digital marketing role, from either a consumer-facing or agency perspective.
  •  Experience managing budgets and forecasting
  • Analytical and numerical with strong reporting skills
  • Proficient Paid ads, Paid social, re-marketing, SEO, CRM.
  • Experience in Google Ads, Shopify, Klayvio, Algolia, Google Analytics.
  • Commercially focused, with an appreciation for creativity/fashion 
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively! 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Further information:

  • The role is based in the Notting Hill office 5 days a week. Hours are 9.30-5.30pm (with 1 hour for lunch).
