Global leader in the Professional Services world. The business is going through an exciting period, of digital transformation, and are looking to hire this new Senior role to drive the global digital function.
The role is accountable for leading the strategic development and management of our digital channels. It’s reporting into the Marketing Director and work closely with wider global teams to deliver the overall global strategy.
The Digital Marketing Lead will:
- Develop a strong measurement and reporting framework, with support from various teams. You will provide a clear view of performance across all digital channels to showcase value and identify growth areas.
- Monitor and drive process improvements across all Digital channels.
- Managing relationships firm-wide to ensure a coherent firm-wide approach.
- Oversee management of agencies/ third-party organisations
- Manage Digital Marketing budget.
Required skills and experience:
- Team management experience is key as the role manages a team of Digital Experts globally, with potential for future team growth.
- Full mix Digital experience, with a focus on Website, Social, Email & Content Led Campaigns
- Experience of working in a large-scale, matrix environment is important due to the various Stakeholders and teams this role will work across.
- Candidates must have Large scale, Global Professional Services or B2B Financial Services Experience. Unfortunately the client will not consider applicants outside of these industries.
