Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a standalone role where you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies through email marketing and other digital channels using our existing database. You will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts to attract and convert potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies using email marketing and digital channels to grow our client base.
  • Email Marketing: Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, automation, and performance analysis.
  • Database Management: Optimize and manage our existing database to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for email campaigns, social media posts, and digital ads to attract and convert leads.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements to optimize ROI.
  • SEO & SEM: Enhance our online presence through effective SEO strategies and manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure seamless lead handover.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

Experience required

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and email marketing.
  • Skills: Proficient in email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity: Ability to create compelling and engaging content tailored to our target audience.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a standalone role, taking full ownership of the digital marketing function.
