I’m excited to be recruiting for a highly successful business who are coming into 2024 with aggressive growth plans and profitability. This is a great opportunity to work for a global business within Real Estate and make your stamp on their Social and Content Platforms 

No day will be the same with this business and you have the freedom to be office based as well as going out a capturing content with their clients and properties across their collection. 

The Role: 

I’m looking for a talented individual with a creative background who enjoys crafting content, has a keen eye for design and is hands on with the activation and management of Paid Social campaigns across social media platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in a Content Creator or Social Media position where they have managed channels from ideation through to creation and delivery. 

You will be the storyteller for the Global business and help to drive the paid social media strategy. The goal for this position is to generatleads for the sales team to tell the world about their sustainability strategy and build brand recognition. 

The Digital Social and Content Manager will: 

  • Own the global paid social media and content calendars, keeping campaign timelines up to date with upcoming marketing activity. 
  • Liaising and co-ordinating with the global teams, sharing creative ideas and working together on content across all channels. 
  • Plan and create dynamic global paid campaigns for Meta, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok. 
  • Create and edit content (image and video based) to tell complex stories quickly. 
  • Improve scheduling and publishing cadences across paid social channels. 
  • Updating the global website assets with up-to-date imagery and content - using a variety of CMS system. 
  • Capturing photo and video content at key events and launches. 
  • Partner with the social media and Content Assistant to conduct monthly content performance reporting detailing key insights. 

Required skills and experience: 

  • 3+ years of experience in social media or content creation role.
  • Ability to produce/create social media content for both B2B and B2C audiences. 
  • Experience in using online advertisement design platforms like Canva, etc.  
  • Experience designing simple digital assets in the Adobe Creative Suite, for Instagram Stories, EDMS or LinkedIn posts. 
  • Fantastic copywriting skills. 
  • Social tool competency with social listening, audience insight, and community management tools (Sprout Social, Later).


  • 5 days a week in the office with flex to go out as you please to capture content when needed.
