Ecommerce Trading Manager

Reporting to the Digital Director, this is an immediate opportunity for an experienced online trading manager to join a well known fashion brand. Now part of a large group there could also be an opportunity to extend and gain more experience. Superb role if you are an ecommerce trader with solid experience with site migrations and trading global markets as well as the UK. Given the time frames and peak incoming, we will need an experienced manager to hit the ground running available immediately. You'll help execute a robust trade plan while developing online user experience across Global markets.

The role at a glance

• Managing a team of x3 working closely with the Digital Director 
• Set out a clear delivery plan to meet sales, conversion and AOV targets working alongside the performance marketing manager 
• Commercial trading of UK, ROI and US sites
• Help develop the online user experience including navigation, shopping journey and onsite search 
• Working closely with the Website Analyst and product manager to identify website improvements and deliver these as part of the roadmap
• Help project manage the site migration project in 2024

You?

• An experienced online / digital trading manager
• Track record leading a team 
• Fashion, premium or retail experience
• Site migration experience (outside of Shopify) ideally Salesforce
• Analytical and user journey obsessed
• Entrepreneurial and would enjoy working in a small growing business
• Sharp, smart trading using data to support decision
