The ideal candidate is a highly organised, detail orientated self starter who has excellent communication skills and has the ability to work cross-functionally on the planning and the implementation of events.

The successful candidate will gain excellent exposure to how events are run and this role is a great doorway into the events industry. You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of public events
  • Work with different stakeholders across the business and suppliers to ensure events run smoothly
  • Take on an administrative role
  • Undertake ad-hoc event responsibilities
  • Manage administrative duties

Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in an events or admin role
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of administrative work
