The Event Producer will be responsible for delivering a diverse calendar of events and installations that reflect the brand’s focus on arts, culture, and community. Working closely with stakeholders, you will manage the full event lifecycle – from planning to execution – ensuring all experiences are on-brand and run seamlessly.

The Event Producer will:

• Produce engaging and on-brand events, activations, and installations.
• Collaborate with external partners and manage contractors.
• Oversee logistics, event safety, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor budgets and manage procurement processes.
• Support event marketing efforts and audience engagement strategies.

Essential Skills:

• Proven project management experience with large-scale events.
• Strong knowledge of event production, including managing crews.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Budget management and use of project management tools.
• Familiarity with event marketing strategies.
