German Speaking Regional Marketing Manager

I am seeking a GERMAN speaking Marketing Manager to join the an established SaaS business. In this remote first role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the European marketing strategy focusing on planning, implementing, and assessing integrated demand generation programs both directly and with partners. I am looking for a dynamic and proactive marketing professional to drive the B2B marketing campaigns to drive demand.


  1. Own all marketing efforts for the UK & DACH regions, gathering territory requirements and developing marketing campaign plans to support regional pipeline, goals, and objectives
  2. Regular communications with the sales teams to secure buy-in, understanding, and participation in marketing campaigns and programs.
  3. Ensure marketing campaigns cover the full marketing mix and target our prospect and customer bases, customising where appropriate by persona and industry.
  • Research and expand our digital & virtual events portfolio, providing feedback and analysis after every event and optimising our presence in region.
  • Support all in-person events in region, from trade shows and user groups to strategic hospitality to maximise ROI and pipeline generation
  • Collaboration with Corporate Marketing Team for regional social media content and posting in sync with events and activities in the region
  • Work closely with our SDR team to ensure the leads are followed up quickly and accurately following a Marketing activity
  • Closely manage regional budget and continuously improve cost per lead.
  • Translate go-to-market strategies and identify opportunities into actionable and measurable marketing campaigns and programs, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics.
  • Measure project success against goals, ensuring completion on time and within budget. 
  • Provide support for global events when necessary.

Experience, Skills and Competencies:

  • Native German & Fluent English mandatory (additional languages welcome)
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in marketing business-to-business software solutions; IT security marketing experience strongly preferred
  • You need to be a great teammate and self-starter, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, taking initiative with limited resources, and making data driven decisions. 
  • Comfortable managing multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Success in running multi-channel campaigns a must
  • Must have experience setting-up and running campaigns and reports within Salesforce 
  • Experience in using any Marketing tools (automation, graphics, web, html etc) desirable
  • Proven track record of successfully developing integrated campaigns/programs, including ABM tactics, from inception to completion.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for insights and successful communication.
