We are exclusively partnered with a multi category consumer goods brand on their Head of Amazon and Marketplace position – a newly created role to drive strategic business growth!
The company have been on an exciting journey so far through organic growth and brand acquisitions, done with little external investment. This won’t be the case forever as they seek Series A funding in the not so distant future.
This is a strategic business, marketplace and brand growth role with a view to put the business in the best possible profitable position.
This is a team leadership position and will inherit a high performing and well established team of 6 of Amazon experts on day one who are covering operations, seller central and ppc respectively.
You will have ownership of a £8figure P&L and be responsible for delivering profitable growth and strategic expansion onto new marketplaces. Currently their Amazon Seller account delivers about 70% of their marketplace sales – therefore a great understanding of Amazon Seller Central is vital for this role.
Although you will not be responsible for creating, activating and optimising listings or ppc campaigns, a level of interest to get into the detail is essential too - as is customary for smaller companies!
This role has a clear path to commercial director and then board level with the senior leadership team actively looking for ambitious people who want to step up to board level.
The salary on offer is £90-110k + equity
