The business is seeking a Head of CRM Operations & Data. You will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Technology and Data and drive the optimisation of marketing tools, data structure and processes to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of world class experiences to their customers.
Collaborating with your peers in the broader marketing team as well as the Data and Engineering teams, you will be the point person to develop, own and improve the MarTech stack, customer data and CRM channels.
Successful candidates will have a strong track record in operationally focussed CRM roles, in fast-paced D2C businesses. Categories like retail, e-commerce, gambling and tech will be favourably looked at. Experience in a fast-paced scale up would be highly beneficial. And a track record of owning and migrating ESPs would be a significant added bonus.
