Job Title: Head of E-Commerce

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + Bonus

Location: Remote (with regular site visits to Cornwall)

Their commitment to innovation and delivering premium products has led to rapid growth, and they're now searching for a strategic Head of E-Commerce to lead their digital transformation. This role is integral to the company's evolution, offering opportunities for future Directorship and equity based on performance.

The Head of E-Commerce will play a critical role in defining the future of their online business. You will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth across multiple web shops, developing bold strategies, and leading a talented digital team. This position offers a blend of strategy, creativity, and hands-on involvement in all areas of e-commerce, from digital marketing to customer experience optimisation.

The Head of E-Commerce will:

• Develop and execute an ambitious e-commerce strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Lead and mentor a digital marketing and merchandising team to boost performance.
• Oversee product assortment, pricing, and promotional plans to maximise profitability.
• Utilise data analysis tools to make informed decisions and identify market opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to design innovative campaigns that drive traffic and sales.

Essential Skills:

• Proven expertise in luxury e-commerce and merchandising.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Exceptional digital marketing knowledge across Google Shopping, Meta advertising, and CRO.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, with a keen eye for analytics.
• Financial acumen with experience managing e-commerce budgets and resources.
