Head of Marketing

This is a business with impact and on the move. It is a £75 million turnover family owned business that has been a stalwart in the FMCG world, and market leader in its area. Through some intelligent acquisitions, it now has purchased brands ripe for selling directly to consumers. 

There is the investment and ambition to grow these new brands even larger than the mothership. There's a huge opportunity to grow new brands with new categories. For this, they need marketing leadership. 

You will: 

• Build a modern marketing team focused on brand building and generating return on investment over time.
• Build social media from zero across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Be the creative catalyst to catch the eye in campaigns.
• Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to grow the customer base across different channels.
• Grow the team over time. 

You?

• Ambitious.
• Brand focused marketer. 
• Experience in brand building across direct to consumer, or FMCG. 
• Worked in a high growth environment.
• At least led on parts or all of the strategy.
