The Head of Social Media will:

• Develop and implement platform-specific strategies that maximise engagement and revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and CEO to align social media initiatives with company goals.
• Lead the content production team to ensure the highest quality of social media content.
• Continuously explore and integrate social media innovations to enhance platform performance.
• Utilize Google Analytics and FB Insights for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.

Essential Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing and social media management.
• Must have experience in B2C with some B2B is a plus.
• Must come from an Ed-Tech or Tech business.
• Proven success in scaling brands via social media and compelling storytelling.
• Strong copy writing skills with a passion for personal growth content.
• High autonomy with excellent project management experience.
• Experience with FB ads and other paid advertising channels.
