The Marketing & Operations Executive will:

• Manage and produce engaging content for social media platforms
• Assist in coordinating conference logistics, including administrative tasks, travel arrangements as well as arranging merchandise for these events.
• Create presentations that showcase the firm to potential clients and for company-wide updates
• Handle administrative tasks, such as writing and issuing terms of business to our clients.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

Required skills and experience for the Marketing & Operations Executive :

• 2+ years relevant marketing & industry experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Confident in dealing with key stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Creativity is key for this role, this company is looking to bring their own creative spark to the role.
