3search are currently working with a non-for-profit organisation to hire a Marketing Coordinator. This role will be joining a small marketing of 4 who are making a big impact on their members. This is a hybrid position requiring one day a week in the office, and the office is situated in beautiful grounds in central London. This post holder will be responsible for managing campaigns across our organisation. This will entail working closely with a range of stakeholders. With the support of the Marketing Manager and wider marketing team where needed, the person in this role will be a problem solver, with a proactive mind-set and the ability to work fairly autonomously.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to write engaging content, have a proactive approach, educated to degree level and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and members.

Your role will encompass a range of critical tasks, including:

  • Design, deliver and produce copy and content for impactful marketing campaigns targeting members and customers.
  • Implement campaigns to attract and retain members. Channels will include email, website, social media and print.
  • Write effective and engaging high-quality copy for a range of channels, working to marketing best practice.
  • Design collateral using the Adobe Suite to use across our owned channels.
  • Proactively identify content gaps for engagement with members at various career stages, bringing ideas to the team and contributing to planning sessions.
  • Confidently proof-read and feedback on work from colleagues and other teams to ensure consistency of style and the production of the highest quality materials.
  • Be a brand ambassador.
  • Provide regular marketing reports and conduct analysis to offer suggestions for improvements.
  • Collect and analyse data to effectively report on campaigns.

The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 year' minimum experience.
  • A flair and passion for writing engaging copy.
  • Pro-active.
  • Positive, "can do" attitude.
