3Search are delighted to be partnering with an iconic, international airline; this role is a pivotal role based in Berlin, within the Central European Marketing team, reporting into the Head of Marketing who is based in the UK.

This Marketing Manager is responsible for 1 specific European market- one of the most established and secure markets for the brand. Working in a cross-functional and collaborative environment, you will be responsible for the implementation and execution of the marketing communication programme in this country, overseeing Brand/ATL (TV, OOH, AV), CRM, Digital/Social Media, PR, website and branding. 

It's a truly 360, holistic marketing role which ultimately seeks to drive campaign effectiveness and will require someone who has a deep understanding of owned channels. You'll work in a cross-functional team within a matrix organisation; you'll liaise with Trading, Revenue, Media and external agencies (Media, PR, Creative) to produce best-in-class campaigns. This role will manage 2 content specialists 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns
  • Collaborating with the media investment function on the coordination, planning, management and execution of integrated campaigns across all relevant paid and owned channels
  • Work closely with and brief content specialist to deliver all required content for channels as required eg. CRM, organic social, PPC.
  • Being up-to-date with country trading performance, able to identify trading gaps, developing plans to address it using marketing levers such as CRM, PPC, working alongside the media team
  • Develop and manage the country marketing calendar
  • Ensuring marketing campaigns are strategically and creatively integrated across all local communication channels (i.e. PR, digital, website, CRM, social media, airports branding etc.)
Skills Required:

  • Experience working in a large, fast-paced, matrix organisation 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Familiar working cross-functionally with commercial/revenue/trading teams
  • Agile and reactive approach to working- able to juggle projects and reprioritise where necessary
  • Self-start who is pro-active and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong understanding of owned channels
  • Familiarity working with sizeable marketing budgets and working within a complex media landscape
