This innovative and ambitious company are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic and ambitious company.

Role Overview for the Marketing Manager:

The Marketing Manager will join a dynamic team, working closely with the Head of Marketing to support end-to-end campaign management. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of marketing programs, including event management, PR, brand initiatives, website optimisation, and campaign execution. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness and supporting pipeline generation across the UK and EMEA.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support marketing campaigns from development to execution.
• Execute sponsored and owned (online) events to boost brand awareness.
• Contribute to brand building initiatives across the UK and EMEA.
• Track and share insights on marketing activities' impact on pipeline generation.
• Collaborate on website optimisation to improve conversion rates.
• Manage prospect and customer newsletters with internal teams.
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to maximise marketing impact.

Essential Skills for the Marketing Manager:

• Self-starter with hands-on campaign execution experience.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, and Contentful.
• Experience in Fintech, payments, or finance sectors.
• Proven success in executing B2B marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and web analytics.
