Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. (Budget £1m+ per year)
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Own landing pages and CRO for paid campaigns working with our Hubspot templates and tools to drive conversion.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve campaign
- ROI.
- Plan and roll-out test and learn roadmaps for paid media initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, new ad formats and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution through
- engaging ad creatives, effective ad-copy and messaging - and compelling landing pages;
- Manage budgets (£80k+ per month) and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance.
- Provide regular performance reports and analysis to key stakeholders.
- Forecast monthly spend and performance targets using modelling of relevant KPIs.
- Explore new channels (WhatsApp, TikTok etc to expand paid reach and effectiveness)
Ideal Experience:
- Hands-on experience in paid media campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other relevant platforms.
- Experience with bid management tools and attribution modelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively and work to deadlines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics.
