Performance Marketing Manager

£45,000-£55,000 + bonus

London - 2 days a week (can be flexible)


I am currently working with a membership card business, they offer physical & digital cards for their users and offer savings on a wide range of retailers, restaurants, entertainment venues, and more with millions of users to date. Due to growth, they are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Based on our company’s strategy, be an active contributor to our growth marketing strategy and build a prioritised roadmap for your area (Performance Marketing Manager)
  • Create and execute on strategies to grow our member base and drive member engagement. This involves gathering insights, build hypothesis and business cases, set-up experiments across new and existing channels, report back on business impact, and work with stakeholders to optimise journeys and campaigns. We believe in testing ideas and starting small so applying that approach to solving the problems will be key for success 
  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Creative and other teams to deliver campaigns through growth marketing channels and media planning 
  •  Partner with data to build & leverage measurement frameworks to assess the impact on all growth channels and initiatives 
  • Effectively manage stakeholders and third parties as needed. We operate with agencies in a cross functional collaborative way for campaign development and execution to achieve successful outcomes 


Ideal Experience:


  • Experience in growth marketing channels in digital first or Tech environments, primarily on an operational level (e.g. paid marketing – google, facebook, app store optimisation, referral programs, search engine optimisation, etc.) 
  • Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented while not losing sight of the big picture. Capable of driving initiatives from early inception to full implementation/roll-out. 
  •  Have a high sense of ownership and accountability, motivated by hitting targets and outcomes 
  • Familiar with marketing measurement frameworks and strong analytical skills
