The Pitch Manager: We are seeking an experienced Pitch Manager to join their Global Business Development team at. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's business development efforts by managing the pitch process for new client engagements and contributing to the firm's overall success.

Key Responsibilities of the Pitch Manager:

  1. Pitch Strategy and Planning:
    • Collaborate with partners, lawyers, and other stakeholders to develop effective pitch strategies aligned with the firm's business goals.
    • Lead the planning and execution of pitch meetings, ensuring a cohesive and compelling presentation.
  1. Content Development:
    • Coordinate with attorneys and other subject matter experts to create customized pitch materials, proposals, and presentations.
    • Develop clear and persuasive messaging that highlights the firm's strengths and addresses client needs.
  1. Market Research:
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand client industries, competitors, and market trends.
    • Leverage insights to tailor pitch materials and strategies to resonate with target audiences.
  1. Project Management:
    • Manage end-to-end pitch processes, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
    • Coordinate with various internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for each pitch.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Collaborate with the Client Relationship Management team to integrate client feedback and insights into pitch strategies.
    • Maintain a database of pitch-related information for future reference and continuous improvement.
  1. Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough reviews of pitch materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with the firm's brand guidelines.
    • Implement best practices and standards for pitch development within the firm.

To be considered for the Pitch Manager:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and winning pitches.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
