This business are on a mission to make sustainable, everyday products available to all. With their thriving D2C store, and an impressive subscription base, they're now looking to elevate the customer experience for the brand and are looking for a growth-specialist product designer to help them enhance and optimise their website and digital customer journey. 

What they need –

  • Someone who understands how to design digital products to maximise customer engagement and ultimately conversion 
  • Working alongside a lean but ambitious team, you'll be taking the lead on optimisation initiatives, redesigning web experiences for their customers 
  • A data-centric designer who informs all design decision making with data and research 
  • Someone who understands ecommerce best practice and who strives to create the most intuitive customer journeys
  • A curious and capable designer who can work under their own steam, using their initiative to spot opportunities to improve site experience to deliver against growth metrics 

What you're great at –

  • Delivering exceptional design solutions for another online retailer, overseeing both UX & UI across mobile and web 
  • Identifying design problems and opportunities to improve customer journey and overall site experience 
  • Confident taking the lead on product design strategy - as the first in-house Product Design specialist you will work closely with the Head of Growth and wider team to refine the site & customer experience across all touchpoints 
  • Working alongside and briefing projects to developers, as well as undertaking basic HTML/CSS yourself 
  • Thriving in an environment where they're building the rocket as they go (!) not afraid to work autonomously at times, whilst also delivering on wider design tasks to support the ongoing evolution of the digital customer experience (emails, social assets etc)
