Product Lead

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)

Day Rate: £500 - £600 per day 

Contract Length. 3 months rolling

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Leader to spearhead a groundbreaking greenfield project in the B2B retail space. This role is pivotal to the success of creating a brand-new revenue stream for the business. You will be bringing an idea to an MVP quickly and then iterating to an MDP before the end of Q4.

You will have a full dedicated squad to get this off the ground with huge financial backing. You will be reporting to the Director of Product who will have your full support to make this a success

  • Proven Leadership: A highly experienced Product Leader with a strong track record of driving success and leading teams.
  • Omni-channel Expertise: Experience managing products across multiple sales funnels and channels
  • Pragmatism: A practical, goal-oriented approach, focusing on what truly matters.
  • Ambition: You enjoy working towards and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Simplicity in Complexity: The ability to break down complex ideas and turn them into actionable plans.
  • Resilience and Detail: You’re tough, detail-oriented, and ready to dive deep into challenges.
  • Collaboration: A natural ability to bring teams and ideas together, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Dual-Sector Experience: You have experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B retail or B2B Fintech is a significant plus.
  • Start-Up Mentality: You’ve launched products from 0-1 and are familiar with the challenges of starting from scratch.
  • Facilitative Leadership: Skilled in leading collaborative sessions and driving the team towards a common goal.
