Product Manager. - Fintech

About The Company

I have partnered with a consumer B2C bank to find them a Product Manager. The company has a huge footprint in the UK but is expanding in the Nordic region and Germany. Having recently acquired a company they are looking for someone who has banking and payments experience to help with the integration, improvement of existing products and helping with identifying new product opportunities for customers. The company is currently 650 people and has a great runway.

About the Product Manager role

As the Product Manager, you will report to the VP of Payments. You will have a fully cross-functional squad with a dedicated development squad. The company operates at speed so we are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is adaptable and is able to communicate with senior stakeholders. There are some Products that need to with executed against the roadmap, while others are still in the discovery and research phase.

Requirements you will need to have to be successful:

• B2C consumer payment experience is a key requirement
• You will have worked in a scaling company, ideally SME
• You will have already learned the Product craft as an APM or Product manager.
• Proven experience in driving and creating significant growth
• You have worked on an integration project.
• Understanding of the European Payments market, ideally Germany or the Nordics region
• You're able to drive and execute on a product roadmap.
• You will have excellent communication and the ability to build rapport and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
