We're hiring for a pioneering role in a fast-growing SaaS business that’s shaking up how organisations tackle cybersecurity across the supply chain. Their platform helps major brands build trust, reduce risk, and visualise vulnerabilities — with clients ranging from major retailers to national institutions.

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll join a supportive, collaborative team working at the top of the funnel to fuel the company’s growth in both established and emerging markets. You'll get autonomy to test outreach strategies, lead discovery calls, and attend industry events — all while helping define the company’s market expansion strategy.

Role Highlights

The Sales Development Representative will…

– Prospect into core and emerging markets through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
– Build and execute campaigns with support from the SDR Manager and marketing
– Qualify leads via engaging discovery calls and hand over to Account Executives
– Attend industry events to generate fresh opportunities
– Track performance data and continuously iterate on outreach strategy

You Will Need

– At least 1 year in an SDR/BDR role, ideally within SaaS or cybersecurity
– Proven cold outreach experience and strong communication skills
– A driven, proactive mindset — comfortable working with autonomy
– Creative thinking and resilience to find new ways to open doors
– A positive outlook, coachability, and hunger to hit and exceed targets

Why You’ll Love It

– £40k–£50k base + £15k OTE + equity via EMI scheme
– 25 days holiday + bank holidays + 30 additional unpaid leave days
– Hybrid flexibility (2–3 days office average)
– Private healthcare with enhanced mental wellbeing coverage
– 12 weeks paid gender-neutral parental leave
– Rest days in summer and over Christmas
– £500 remote work setup budget
– Generous learning budget for books, resources, and personal development
– Regular team socials, enhanced sick pay, and caretaker leave
