Role Overview and Features:

The Salesforce Platform Lead will play a pivotal role in steering our client's Salesforce instance towards scalability and efficiency. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will serve as the in-house subject matter expert on all things Salesforce, orchestrating its optimization to support the company's rapid growth trajectory. As the Salesforce Platform Lead, you will spearhead the consolidation of existing processes, drive custom development initiatives, and ensure seamless integration with our tech stack. This role presents a unique opportunity to wield your expertise in Salesforce architecture and administration to propel our client's success in the dynamic world of synthetic AI.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Lead roles within a fast-growing SaaS environment
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Developer, with strong Administrator experience across various Salesforce modules
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing products
  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle within a subscription-based business, including contract management and renewal processes
  • Ability to translate business challenges into technology-driven solutions, with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools
