Senior Account Manager / Junior Account Director

£45,000 - £50,000 + incentives

3Search are delighted to be working with a creative, full-service agency with an Experiential focus. With deep roots in the entertainment sector, they're a multi-disciplinary agency delivering strategic and creative big campaigns for a broad portfolio of clients across creative, social and experiential. 

The team are now seeking either a Senior Account Manager OR Junior Account Manager to join the team. You'll work within the client services team and be responsible for managing relationships with multiple clients across various campaign channels, managing the execution of projects from conception to completion. 

This is a role for someone looking to make their mark in a fast-paced agency environment alongside a young and vibrant team. You'll need to be a real team player and someone with a genuine understanding of client stakeholder management as the role will include nurturing new and existing clients. Brands you will work on will include drinks/alcohol, entertainment, automotive, beauty, tourism and lifestyle.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives, and translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, overseeing the execution of campaigns across various channels such as events, digital, print, social media, etc.
  • Collaborating with internal teams including creative and production
  • Able to demonstrate strategic thinking, be creatively minded, well organised, motivated, and a trusted ear for both new and existing clients.
  • Assisting with creative ideas, planning, and project pitching
  • Confidently working with client's on their marketing and advertising strategies 

Required Skills/Experience: 

  • Experience in creative project management
  • Experience in experiential campaign execution
  • Confident, ambitious, and enthusiastic to help grow client accounts
  • A friendly, ambitious team player with true initiative
  • A social person who cares about building relationships with brands and helping support them creatively
