As Senior Bid Coordinator you'll be part of a Work Winning team of 10 working on projects with a global impact - managing the bidding process, ensuring that all bids are bespoke to clients, and mentoring other bid coordinators.

The Senior Bid Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Management and delivery of bids, proposals and competition entries.
• The project management of bids, the evolution of the bidding process, including templates, best practice answers and the adoption of digital tools.
• Creating bespoke bids for clients.
• Working collaboratively with other global studios.
• Mentoring more junior members of the team.

Required skills and experience:

• As Senior Bid Coordinator, you'll exhibit a keen eye for detail in all aspects of the roles duties and possess strong organisational skills.
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively and efficiently at all levels.
• A self-motivated approach to work.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Adept with InDesign and Adobe Suite.
