As Senior Bid Writer you will be:

• Working closely with and conducting interviews with all business disciplines to integrate technical data and produce high-quality proposals.
• Strategically assessing tender text, gathering information from a variety of disciplines both inside and outside the company that can be used to create responses that are relevant to the tender.
• Constructing well-written proposals that are simple and clear and that express operational, technical, and commercial solutions from well-researched and planned responses.
• Establishing and upholding a consistent text and format for every sort of answer.
• Composing both technical and non-technical text for case studies, brochures, marketing materials, the intranet, and the company website. 

The successful candidate will have:

• Track record of writing business proposals.
• Exceptional Excel and Word skills.
• Ability to independently undertake bid writing tasks from start to finish.
• Experience working in the construction, engineering, or property/building services sectors.
• Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and oral and writing communication abilities.
• Exceptional focus on the details.
