The Senior Content and Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the end-to-end strategy for inspiring, educational, and engaging content. You will manage the client's owned and earned channels, including the website, SEO, social media, and PR efforts, to raise brand awareness, build trust, and create demand through high-quality multimedia content.

The Senior Content and Communications Manager will:

  • Set and execute a comprehensive content and communications strategy encompassing blogs, webpages, reports, social media, and proactive PR.
  • Track and report on KPIs like website traffic, SEO, and engagement metrics, iterating content creation and promotion accordingly.
  • Own and evangelise the client's Tone of Voice and brand architecture, developing a unique point of view through compelling content and messaging.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to produce content that drives high engagement and demand, delivering the right content to the right audience at the right time.
  • Generate media coverage and thought leadership opportunities to elevate the client's brand and leadership profiles.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong experience in marketing to a B2B audience with a creative and passionate writing style.
  • Multi-faceted expertise with 3-5 years of experience combining SEO best practices with an editorial mindset.
  • Hands-on approach to content creation, with the ability to produce engaging multimedia content.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Salesforce.
  • Genuine interest in fintech and open banking, with a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
