The Role: 

As the Senior CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in refining and implementing our customer relationship management strategy. Working closely with the CEO and Head of Growth you'll spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and retention. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to optimizing CRM efforts. 

Key Responsibilities: 

The Senior CRM Manager will collaborate closely with Head of Growth to develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy. Key responsibilities include: 

•    Strategic Development: Partner with the Head of Growth to refine the CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. 
•    Platform Expertise: Utilize Klaviyo to set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, automations, and customer flows. 
•    Segmentation and Targeting: Analyse customer data to segment the audience effectively, enabling personalized and targeted communication. 
•    Campaign Execution: Lead the development and execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty. 
•    Performance Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and analyse key performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and customer engagement. 
•    Automation and Reporting: Manage and continue optimising existing automated email flows and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and database health. 
•    Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date client data management, maintaining compliance with data privacy laws. 
•    Platform Management: Oversee the optimization and utilization of Klaviyo, maximizing its potential to drive business growth. 
•    Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to align CRM efforts with overall business objectives. 

Skills & Experience Required: 

•    Proven experience in CRM management, with expertise in email and SMS campaigns. 
•    Proficiency in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms. 
•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data. 
•    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and collaborate effectively. 
•    Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail. 
•    Results-oriented mindset with a focus on optimizing customer engagement and ROI.
