My client is a leading socially-driven creative agency, that has offices all over the world! They have created a niche of social media expertise, mixed with cutting-edge marketing solutions which has led them to winning many awards for their work. Some of their clients include Starbucks, Pepsi, and Adidas, so you will be working with some of the biggest brands in the world!
This role will work closely with the Growth and Sales teams to create and launch demand generation strategies, driving brand growth and fostering customer engagement across various channels.
The Senior Marketing Manager will:
- Work cross-functionally to develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy, focusing on targeting, positioning, and lead generation for new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Design and execute multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns, leveraging email, social media, content syndication, and digital advertising to drive growth and engagement.
- Launch nurture campaigns across various platforms to deepen audience engagement and move prospects further down the sales funnel.
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Analysed customer behaviour and interaction patterns across touchpoints, refining segmentation strategies to enhance engagement and campaign performance.
- Continuously track, measure, and optimise campaign effectiveness to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Essential Skills:
- Proven expertise in B2B campaign management and demand generation.
- Experience with ABM tools such as 6Sense, Salesforce, Pardot.
- Strong track record of delivering lead generation and pipeline success.
- Skilled in partnering with sales teams to drive measurable results.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous optimisation.
