Senior Growth Marketing Manager

We are working with a B2B product-led SaaS business who are looking for a commercial marketer to help with strategy and execution. They are looking to hire a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to build, drive and manage inbound/outbound marketing activities. You'll have a strong understanding and capabilities using HubSpot. 

Working closely with the Head of Marketing you will execute, measure and develop a creative marketing revenue strategy and take ownership of the technology stack with a particular focus on HubSpot.

Responsibilities:

• ABM strategy implementation
• Leading nurture and demand generation campaigns
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (product, sales, agencies etc.)
• Management of HubSpot leveraging its capabilities re automation, personalization etc.

Required experience: 

• 5+ years in growth marketing roles
• B2B experience, ideally within a tech/start-up environment
• Strong paid and owned channel experience- PPC, SEO, website, email, google ads etc.
• An expert in HubSpot
• Highly quantitive and a very strong understanding of data
• A desire to work both on implementation and strategy

• Hybrid working- 2-3 days in the office
