As Senior Loyalty Proposition Manager you will:
- Creating and executing new loyalty propositions in line with the latest loyalty landscape and technological innovations across a number of brands.
- Scoping, developing, and evolving wider customer propositions that drive great customer engagement and business value.
- Identifying new opportunities such as new ways of acquiring and retaining members through experiential innovations that connect with new and existing members.
- Partnering with insights to use data to inform decisions and creating new programme health checks to assess the effectiveness of existing programmes and initiatives.
- Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders to keep them up to date and engaged on the roadmap, initiatives, and projects, whilst managing risks and resolving issues as they arise.
What you’ll need:
- You’ll have experience working across multiple markets, particularly Europe.
- You’ll have 8 + years experience in creating and developing loyalty programmes and customer initiatives.
- The ability to influence stakeholders.
