Job Title: Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager

Location: Warwickshire

My client is seeking a B2C Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager to join their marketing team based in Warwickshire. The Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager will play a crucial role in growing the business through engaging customer communications campaigns, developing and maintaining brand identity and driving brand awareness. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and strategic B2C marketer who is passionate about shaping the image and perception of our brand and is committed to driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement B2C marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement, enquires among target audiences. Campaigns account for 80% of the role. Campaign reporting using google analytics are part of this end to end campaign role
  2. Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values. Continuously evaluate and refine the brand strategy to stay relevant and competitive.
  3. PR Contributing to a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media, leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts, manage media enquiries, and interview requests.
  4. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform brand decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, sales, and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand experience and messaging across all touchpoints.
  6. Team Management: 1-3 direct reports, so experience of people management and development would be a benefit.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Wide ranging experience of successful customer marketing campaigns.
  2. Strong understanding of marketing strategies and brand principles.
  3. Experience in brand and PR management.
  4. Exceptional creative and communication skills.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  6. Demonstrated project management and budget management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 45-50k
