  • Salary - £115,000 - £120,000 + Equity

About the Product Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the charge in compliance and financial crime prevention. This is a senior role, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO). You’ll be a key player in shaping the product strategy and driving critical projects in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery of innovative solutions.

 

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver product strategies for compliance and financial crime prevention.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Drive innovation while ensuring scalability and security.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize products and drive continuous improvement.

  • Extensive experience in Product Management, particularly in FinTech and payments.
  • MUST HAVE Hands-on experience in compliance, financial crime, and regulatory projects.
  • Proven track record in high-volume transaction environments.
  • Strong data skills; comfortable with analysing raw data sets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a results-driven approach.
