I am currently working with a high-growth e-commerce business to recruit an SEO Manager. They are on a mission: to take their online presence to new heights and SEO is the key. Last year, they rocked the online world with a new web launch, raking in millions through paid activities. SEO is now scaling significantly and they are looking for an SEO & Content Manager to join the team, reporting into the Head of SEO.


So, what does success look like in your first 6 months? Here's the lowdown:


  • Keeping our existing content in tiptop shape with regular optimizations
  • Making sure every new piece of content is SEO gold
  • Expanding our keyword research game to uncover new opportunities
  • Setting up a killer content calendar to keep the good stuff flowing
  • Becoming the go-to guru for all things CMS and digital PR
  • Cooking up some killer digital PR and link-earning initiatives that'll make our competitors green with envy


What do you bring to the table? We're on the lookout for someone with:


  • Experience in the SEO/content/comms world
  • A knack for scaling traffic like a pro, especially in competitive industries
  • Bonus points if you've worked in a scale-up, DTC, E-commerce, App brand before
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools and analytics (GA4, anyone?)
  • Organizational skills
  • If you've got some technical skills or speak French or German, that's a plus but not needed!

  • Grow our organic search traffic and revenue across multiple markets
  • Be the driving force behind our SEO and content strategy
  • Keep an eye on the competition and our target audience
