I am currently working with a fast-growing business in the InsurTech space to help them hire for a brand new role on their team, an SEO Manager. They are an innovative company that offers the perfect blend of startup energy and the stability of a well-backed organisation. They are driven by technology and creativity and you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on consumer confidence and decision-making!

It's an exciting time to be joining the team as they have recently released their first TV advert, developed an app, had a strong recruitment drive for marketing and lots more in the pipeline for 2025 including a CMS and Content migration.

The Role:

• Lead the implementation of high-impact projects within their SEO strategy.
• Analyse the website’s technical and content aspects to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategic prioritisation.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations effectively.
• Support a content marketing strategy aligned with search engine best practices.
• Implement website changes in WordPress (they are happy to provide training on this)
• Reporting on the SEO program weekly, monthly, quarterly.

Ideal Experience:

• 4+ years experience in an SEO role
• Automotive or Gambling experience would be ideal
• Skilled in using Google Search Console, GA4, Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience working with large websites - Essential
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management
• Familiar with crawling software and competitor analysis tools
• Strategic and executional experience
