We are working with a dynamic real estate management company that specialises in providing exceptional rental accommodation across London and the UK. With 2,330 homes in operation and development, they are on a mission to be the leading rental provider for modern explorers. As their portfolio expands, they seek creative and ambitious individuals who want to grow alongside them and make an impact in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

The Social Media & Digital Content Executive will take ownership of all social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, building the TikTok account from scratch. This role is pivotal in developing and delivering engaging, customer-centric content that drives engagement and conversions. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Director, you’ll shape the digital presence of a growing real estate portfolio.

The Social Media & Digital Content Executive will:

• Develop and execute monthly social media content plans across platforms
• Film and create on-site content, including virtual tours, and manage the launch of new schemes
• Analyse and report on social media metrics, using insights to enhance strategy
• Write and manage digital content, including blogs, newsletters, and website updates
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints

Essential Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar social media role
• Proficient in filming, video editing, and social media content creation
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent copywriting skills with a passion for marketing
• Familiarity with CRM tools, CMS, and email marketing platforms is a plus
