I am working with one of the largest Financial Institutions in the world, who are looking to expand their dynamic marketing team with the addition of a Social Media Manager!

 

My client are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership all of the business' social media channels, creating engaging and relevant content for audiences. This is an amazing opportunity to make your mark on a business, and take on a responsibility for growing the business' brand through social media campaigns.

 

 

The Social Media Manager will:

  • Refine the social media strategy and playbook, optimising for results and staying up to date with current social media trends.
  • Plan weekly social media content, incorporating both evergreen and campaign material, and develop a clear social media content calendar.
  • Manage paid social media activities for key Corporate campaigns and support B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing leads to create social communications that support B2B business and marketing objectives, aligning with our social strategy.
  • Oversee the social media content plan for the UK, Europe, and International regions, working closely with stakeholders to populate the calendar.
  • Evaluate the performance of social content on LinkedIn and Instagram monthly, using insights to inform a 4-week content calendar, continually testing, learning, and optimizing. Provide monthly updates on impact to the wider business.
  • Partner with the design and creative team to produce visually engaging, social-first campaign content.
  • Use Canva to design basic social posts and write copy for these posts.
  • Monitor social channels in real-time to identify strategic opportunities and flag potential issues.

 

Required skills and responsibilities:

  • Significant agency-side or brand experience developing social media creative, editing copy, and engaging with an audience.
  • Familiar using CMS systems such as Sprinklr.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media best practices
  • Competent using design tools such as Canva.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
