We are working with a growing and dynamic company that specialises in real estate and destination marketing. This is an exciting time for the organisation as it continues to grow and shape its presence within the market. Our client is at the forefront of marketing some of London’s most renowned destinations, focusing on innovation and customer experience.

The Social Media & Content Creator will be responsible for steering the social media strategy and executing end-to-end campaigns for iconic London destinations like Regent Street and St James’s. The role requires strong storytelling skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver measurable, impactful social media activities. This is a unique opportunity to drive digital engagement and contribute to the commercial success of high-profile consumer-facing destinations.

The Social Media & Content Creator will:

  • Lead the delivery of four key social media campaigns per year, plus always-on marketing for Central London destinations
  • Manage and create engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers and external digital agencies to produce website and newsletter content
  • Provide strategic support to Regional Marketing Managers on social media best practices and trends
  • Oversee social media performance, reporting on KPIs and offering insights for improvement

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in delivering social media campaigns within a complex and dynamic environment
  • Hands-on expertise in managing major social media platforms, including content creation and performance analysis
  • Strong experience in retail or destination marketing with an understanding of customer behaviour
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels
  • Familiarity with digital tools like Sprout Social, and video editing/photography skills
