Role Overview

The Junior CRM Developer will support CRM teams with all technical aspects of CRM programs, including development, design systems, templating, campaign architecture, and data segmentation. The role involves working with local teams to implement automation and personalisation, collaborating with marketing analytics and data science, and maintaining a scalable frontend codebase. Additionally, the Coordinator will act as the primary contact for email deliverability queries and educate teams on CRM tools and best practices.

 

 

Essential Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS; ability to create and troubleshoot email templates.
  • Experience with modern digital marketing platforms like Blueshift, Braze, or Iterable.
  • Understanding of data management platforms and event-based architecture.
  • Proven experience in executing email campaigns in a B2C environment.
  • Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision making.
