Sana Jardin is still in the early stages of their growth, with less than 10 employees. In 2021, they hired Anu Menon as the Managing Director. Anu joined the business to give more structure to the business and support its growth. Part of these efforts involved growing the marketing department and adding new roles to the team.
Director, Michael Judkins, was contacted by Anu for assistance in their recruitment efforts. Anu had previously worked with Michael as a candidate, where he had supported her job search at a senior level. Following the excellent recruitment experience that Michael had provided her, Anu knew that he and his team would be able to support her recruitment efforts when she joined Sana Jardin.
Michael put together a team of specialist recruitment consultants who would be able to support the search for specific roles.
Performance marketing recruitment consultant, Jasmin Eastwood, worked alongside Michael and took a consultative approach to the Head of E-commerce search. As the role was newly-created, they helped Anu scope out the role and understand what skills they should be searching for to best support business growth. Sana Jardin needed someone who could help with their ambitious online growth plans, so it was decided that the Head of E-commerce should have a broad skill set with experience in digital marketing as well as e-commerce.
After a short search, aided by regular contact and feedback from both sides, Sana Jardin was able to hire a fantastic candidate into the team who has been a real asset over the past 9 months.
With regular contact and feedback, we were able to hire two fantastic candidates.
