I fell in to CRM Marketing. I did not know what it was when I got told about it on my first day of 3Search, and certainly did not understand its importance. In January 2020, it will be three years since I started to recruit for roles in this space.
In that time alone, CRM Marketing has become integral across any consumer sector, and I understand the discipline and the talent that operates in it better than broader digital marketing recruiters. I spend all of my efforts matching great talent with great opportunity.
