Back to Our Team

I manage and lead the Professional services recruitment team here at 3Search, running a team that focuses on Bids, Marketing and Business Development roles across the property, accountancy, consultancy and legal industries, and am one of the company's longest serving employees having joined in 2015.

As part of my remit I have continued to personally focus on specialist bid, pitch and proposal roles across all sectors, working with a knowledge of the bidding world that is unrivalled by larger, more general firms and feeds off my previous life as a bid writer.

I am an active member of the APMP, have spoken at both conferences and one of talks and events and was a founding member of the APMP diversity focus group.

My Blogs

Once upon a time elections in the UK were pretty straightforward. The vast majority of the votes would go to one of the two big parties – the Conservatives and Labour – and it was a near certainty that one of them would win enough MPs to form the next Government. It isn’t straightforward anymore.
