The first and most important step in our process is to meet key stakeholders from within the business. As your talent search partner, we'll take a detailed brief and ensure that we understand all key aspects that will inform our search.
Research and market mapping
To ensure that we are identifying the very best talent for you, our search strategy encompasses both the active and passive markets. We extensively map the market through search, leveraging our broad network and seeking trusted recommendations.
Building the longlist
Before you meet anyone, our Executive Search consultants conduct pre-screening interviews with the longlisted candidates. This allows us to set the tone for the interviews. We provide a positive and engaging candidate experience from the very first interaction, whilst gathering key information to determine who employers should meet.
As part of this process, we may introduce a benchmark candidate to confirm that we are fully aligned with our client's expectations.
We endeavor to provide a fully transparent process, keeping employers updated regularly and providing reports to share market intel that we gather throughout the process.
Finalising the shortlist
Next, we present our recommendations for the shortlist with detailed candidate profiles. We ensure our client fully understands each candidate's experience, strengths, weaknesses, potential cultural fit and compensation expectations.
Interview process
Once our shortlist is agreed, we work closely with our client to design an effective interview process. Our Execuive Search consultants organise the interviews and aid candidates preparation. We then collate feedback from all parties.
Offer stage
We effectively facilitate the offer process by managing referencing and offer acceptance. At this stage, we also support your chosen candidate from resignation through to their start date, allowing a smooth transition into their new role.
