3Search Works With International Franchise

3Search recently partnered with Hilton London Bankside to assist in the growth of their marketing team.

Hilton is a leading global hospitality company comprised of 18 world-class brands. With locations in over 100 countries, Hilton London Bankside is just one of many franchises.

Their current Marketing Manager was leaving and so they were in need of a replacement as soon as possible! With a busy quarter coming up it was vital that they found someone quickly. 3Search were contacted at the very beginning of the search and due to the urgency of the hire, they decided to work with us exclusively to get the quickest turn around time possible.

Principal Consultant, Jasmin Eastwood, met with Lisbeth Gernow, the Commercial Director at Hilton Bankside, to discuss the role and what type of background they wanted the candidate to come from. They also discussed the most important channels to use and what their ideal culture fit would be.

From here, Jasmin carried out a specific headhunt process based on the client's preferences. Each candidate was screened before their CV was submitted to the company, in order to ensure that they ticked all of the boxes concerning culture, skillset and job interest.

In the end, 5 strong profiles were submitted, prioritising quality over quantity. The stand out candidate, Ellie Pasterfield, was offered the role 3 weeks later.
